    Description

      In the exam-autopsy section of the MDI-To-EDRS Bundle, there is currently no place to track where the Autopsy was performed. Not all Autopsies occurred within the ME/C Office, and to further the coverage of relevant medical information, I propose we either

      • Add an additional Location entry to the exam-autopsy section for the location of autopsy
      • Add an additional custom Procedure profile "Autopsy Procedure" with a required field of "location".
