      Completion status: A successful status indicates that all of the required parameters were available for the third party service, all of the parameters had semantic meaning, and the service was able to execute and provide a response without error. The status may be considered incomplete if one or more of the input parameters could not be semantically interpreted by the service. For example, an allergy that was entered as free-text. In which case, the completion status would be incomplete. Incomplete because some of the inputs were processed and can still provide valid detectedIssues. If the third party service could not be reached or reported an error, the status would be failure.

      We suggest to add the following elements to detectedIssue:

      • completionStatus – code [0..1] complete | incomplete | failed
