Description

A number of ValueSets in the core FHIR specifications are defined based solely on UCUM e.g. link http://hl7.org/fhir/2022Sep/valueset-ucum-common.html. To facilitate more regular updates of these value sets, it is suggested that these ValueSets be migrated out of the FHIR core specification to HL7 Terminology (THO).
