Citations should have a category field

      Because there are so many kinds of classifiers for citations, the Citation resource has a classification backbone element with type and classifier elements. Categories would be represented as a classifier with a type of category.

      Suggest that a profile could be made to establish a certain type of classifier, but in the base resource, it would be overly restrictive to be [prescriptive about what "category" means.

      In addition, define search parameters to support searching by classifier type and value, similar to the search parameters defined for use context:

      In order to better filter Citations, a category or code field should be added.

      This will allow filtering for Citations related to specific domains, disciplines, ...
