Agreed on the title element, but not the name element. Name is for code-generation/machine-processing of definitional/knowledge artifacts, which ArtifactAssessment is not. But the use case for title makes sense, so add:

    Description

Add title (human-readable) and name (machine-readable) elements to ArtifactAssessment. The ArtifactAssessment Resource is highly versatile and is being used by the EBMonFHIR project to represent justifications for recommendations, certainty of evidence assessments, and risk of bias assessments.  There are many use cases where the specific ArtifactAssessment Resource needs to be identified in search lists, menu items, and displays for hyperlinks.

Note:  ArtifactAssessment was not in the drop-down menu of Related Artifact(s) on jira.
