Description
AdverseEvent.ocurrence[x] is equivalent to the actual event occurrence. AdverseEvent.detected has the definition of "
Estimated or actual date the AdverseEvent began, in the opinion of the reporter." which can have a possible discrepancy to AdverseEvent.ocurrence[x]. Could a reason attribute be included to provide further context to the context of potential differences? I'm not sure if AdverseEvent.note could solve this specific point or not.
Example:
An adverse event occurred on September 21, 2022 and the investigator estimates it as September 19, 2022. However, no further context is available regarding why the investigator estimated this date.
