      We will add the following to the Notes section:

      Specimen Grouping

      1. Specimens can be group at the Observation level via a group at Observation.specimen with a reference to a group
      2. By creating a group of specimens independent of observations.

      Additionally, a parent specimen can have multiple child specimens.

    Description

      Specimen should have a section describing how to group Specimen resources making use of the Specimen.parent element. For example a lung resection with multiple lymph node samples.
      The structure should be Parent specimen with multiple children like the examples attached.

      Observation Grouping: https://build.fhir.org/observation.html#obsgrouping
      would be a good model for what would be helpful for impelementers.
