mTLS data for payers is expressed using profiles based on the FAST National Directory Query IG. Since an operational National Directory has not been established PDex requires an interim discovery method. A git repository has been proposed for this purpose.   The following paragraph is proposed to be added to the IG in the mTLS discovery section:   The profiles in the mTLS bundle are modeled after the profiles in the National Directory Query IG. The National Directory is not yet operational. Therefore, it is outside the scope of this IG to define search methods into the National Directory. In the interim payers will need to download the Git repository and perform searches against the bundles to identify other payers and extract the relevant data.
