CauseOfDeathPart1  is defined to pass a text string in the .text part of a codeableconcept.

The entity axis cause of death provides code for the each line/position.

Suggest two alternatives:
  1) Bind the valueCodeableConcept in CauseOfDeathPart1  to the same ICD10 valueset as currently used for EAC, and document its use for the coded version of the cause of death.   This would be a much more natural and 'FHIR-Like' way to exchange the coded cause of death for the Part1 and Part2 records.
2) Same as 1), but formally map the EAC to the valueCodeableConcept.code, and eliminate the EntityAxisCauseOfDeath profile.
