    Description

Slightly concerned that the FHIR id is a prerequisite to the search but has limited support. Part of the benefit of direct query is the lack of human intervention. But it is unclear from this that retrieving it might not require manual look ups? What would the Data Consumer have to do they cannot find the identifier? This should be explicitly stated. Seems that the same issue is in the Task Based approach.
