    Description

      Clarify what these value sets are: are they specifications when a value set is created, or for each time a value set is included in a profile or ??

      Improve artifact descriptions- redo those that just restate the title, since they offer no help to the reader to support understanding. For example, what's a supplemental value set vs any other value set?
