While it certainly is appreciated that the V2 transformation is accommodated, it isn't clear as to whether the ELR and/or LRI PH Profile was used as a point of reference for data expectations, both of which are HL7 2.5.1 IGs. Because SPM details were mapped out in the transform documentation, it can be assumed that the expected output message would be a 2.5.1 message. I believe then we would could also expect to see more message details populated in the MSH like version and trigger event. I also wondered about the need for ORC data, though because this is at home testing that content may not be completely applicable. 

I request that a narrative around the reference of existing public health related lab IGs be added. Knowing that they were referenced or not would be helpful for local implementation, especially if there is a possibility that we could leverage existing ELR related messaging assumptions, or knowing that we can not.
