    Description

      The Task.input elements use the combination of a LOINC attachment code and service or starting date.  This seems insufficient to indicate certain data requests.  One may need a date range as a starting date may gather too much beyond that while only using LOINC attachments codes requires industry level pre-coordinated definitions, which at this stage would not seem realistic.   How would one is looking for a particular lab test result (is its LOINC code or range of LOINC codes considered a LOINC attachment code?) was not provided that should be there in a particular time window?
