    Description

      The opening statement reads "Currently claims typically come through X12 transactions or portal submissions."  Since attachments in CDex include those needed for prior-authorizations, as the next sentence clearly addresses, suggest to open with "Currently claims and prior authorization requests can come through X12 transactions or portal submissions." or any other way to help clarify this section covers both.
