CodeSystems support integer, dateTime, decimal and string properties for concepts, however filters only support exact-match type operators (=, in, etc.).

Assuming there is a relevant property, there is no way to search for a concept added/retired/modified before/after a given date.

• Consider adding some set of comparative operators (>, >=, <, <=) for dateType properties.
• Confirm how comparison works for dateTimes of different precision. (Is 2022 = 2022-09-12?)

More broadly, I assume comparative operators would be useful for integer and decimal. The regex operator may be sufficient for string properties, but comparisons would be simpler.
