Agreed, add the following to each of CodeSystem, ConceptMap, NamingSystem, and ValueSet:

versionAlgorithm[x] (as specified in the CanonicalResource)
copyrightLabel (as specified in the CanonicalResource)

In addition, align the Shareable and Publishable profiles for each of the above resources to the updated patterns in R5, specifically:

for Shareable:
add versionAlgorithm, mustSupport

for Publishable:
add copyrightLabel, mustSupport

Will ask FHIR-I to clarify the meaning of mustSupport in this context.
