      Regarding:

      >There is work in progress in FHIR Data Segmentation for Privacy (ballot version) on standardizing how this information can be conveyed in FHIR. Once a suitable approach has been agreed upon and published, it will be referenced in a future version of this guide

      It's erroneous to announce the pre-adoption of an immature specification. If DS4P hasn't identified a "suitable approach", such that it's known to be implementable and useable by implementers, how can we know that it's appropriate for use in CDex ?

      Remove these sentences, and only adopt technologies that have evidence of usability in production.
