In Nuclear Medecine, what is important is the Radiopharmaceutical, not only the isotope, isn't the same in RT ?

      In the page, http://hl7.org/fhir/us/codex-radiation-therapy/2022Sep/StructureDefinition-codexrt-radiotherapy-energy-or-isotope.html, the extension highlight only the isotope used. In NM, the knowledge of the radiopharmaceutical is very important. I guess here it is not the case, right?
