Will update LOINC code as suggested Will use either US Core Value set: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/ValueSet-us-core-pregnancy-status.html (though it's still in build and not published) or USPHPL value set (also not published yet): http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-us-ph-library/ValueSet-us-ph-pregnancy-status.html or the published eCR value set: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/ecr/ValueSet-us-ph-pregnancy-status.html . All three value sets are the same, order of preference of use is US Core, USPHPL, eCR - depends on publication dates of the specs which we will use.
