These two profiles are the same as the Medmorph profiles here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-medmorph/StructureDefinition-us-ph-content-bundle.html and http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-medmorph/StructureDefinition-us-ph-reporting-bundle.html.

These profiles have had updated descriptions added to them based on this ticket: https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-30738 and clarify the different usage for each.

We will update the descriptions of each of these profiles to be the same as the Medmorph profiles.

It worth to clarify the difference and boundary between US Public Health Content Bundle and US Public Health Reporting Bundle

The summary of content bundle is "Bundle Resource profile for exchanging public health messages, knowledge artifacts or content."

The summary of reporting bundle is "Bundle Resource profile for exchanging one of public health messages, knowledge artifacts or content."

Loos like the only difference is the word "one of"
