The US Core MedicationRequest profile actually says "meets the U.S. Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) v2 ‘Medications’ requirements" (i.e. V2 not "Level 2") (this simply contains a "Medication" data element). Will update the US PH MedicationAdministration profile to state: it is intended to describe the event of a patient consuming or otherwise being administered a medication, as opposed to the US Core MedicationRequest which is intended to be used to record a patient’s medication prescription or order. it is based on the following Medication data elements in USCDI Level 2: Date Medication Administered Medication Administration Dose Therapeutic Medication Response Medication Administered Status
