    Description

      Why is Specimen.subject Must Support but with a cardinality of only 0..1? Should this be 1..1 to require the subject? The subject appears to be required for DiagnosticReport, so there should always be a Patient resource. Why not require it here too? If there are scenarios where the Specimen isn't linked to a subject, please describe what that scenario is.
