Will clarify the meaning of "one at a time":
"An At-Home In-Vitro Test and Result is a “one at a time” test that is performed and resulted. Each test and result consists of a single test kit. A test kit can be a Multiplex Assay test that serves as a single test to diagnose infection caused by multiple viruses. Only one Observation is allowed per DiagnosticReport - that one Observation can contain multiple hasMembers with the results of the multiplex assay tests."

    Description

The Technical Guidance page says that these are "one at a time" tests but does allow for multiplex tests using Observation.component. It's not clear what "one at a time" means in this context. Does that mean that each test is for a single patient or can only produce a single result? The profile on DiagnosticReport restricts .result to 1..1 which seems overly strict for a base profile that is expected to be further constrained by additional profiles (such as for COVID-19). It may make sense either clarify what you mean by "one at a time" or allow .result to repeat in the base profile (but further restrict it by test if necessary.
