    Description

      Section 6.0.2.2 reads:

data about the patient should be accurate - since it is coming from the provider's health record.

And it suggests that the Ordering Provider name and address are known to the app.

But on the Workflow page it states:

In this initial implementation - whether the At-Home In-Vitro Test is ordered or OTC - the app will not have access to the order details.

These seem to be at odds. If the app doesn't have access to the order details, where does the ordering provider info come from? If the app has access  to patient data, why does it not have access to order data?

Please clarify expectations of app access to data in the EHR
