$submit-attachment input parameter is referred to inconsistently; please correct.

Hi!

The table in section 10.5.2 includes an input parameter named Attachment.LineItem. This appears to be consistent with examples through the implementation guide.

However, the third bullet point following the table refers to this parameter as Attachment.ItemID.

• The Attachment.ItemID and Attachment.Code parameters are associated with the attachments in Attachment.Content. If Attachment.ItemID is not present, then the attachment is associated with the entire claim or prior authorization.

I suspect this is a typo, and that Attachment.ItemID needs to be corrected to be Attachment.LineItem.

Please correct this discrepancy.
