The row corresponding to ISO 3166 has the following issues:

The URI only has a single value (urn:iso:std:iso:3166) which only addresses Part 1, Country Codes (2-letter and 3-letter, and numerical codes)and not regional codes and neither formerly used country codes.
The OID (1.0.3166.1.2.2) only identifies identifies the coding system published in the ISO 3166-1 Standard for Country codes, 2nd edition, 2-character alphabetic codes and thus excludes 3-character codes, numeric codes as well as regional codes and formerly used country codes.

Proposed resolution:

Add the following additional URIs in the URI column:

2. urn:iso:std:iso:3166:-3
