Some of the declarations for the data-absent-reason extension slices in the profiles have inadvertently omitted the sliceName - so the slice isn't actually created, and the constraints are instead applied on the base extension element.   The missing sliceNames need to be added.  Also, in some cases the element ids for the intended extension slices have the '.extension' part omitted - should add this for naming consistency.
