reasonCode.text min=1 is unwieldy when have a defined set of code:
- either need use an antipattern like binding the text element to the valueset
- or use the required binding in the coding.code and not define the text element which is awkward.
- I did both to illustrate

Recommend Changing reasonCode.text to min = 0
