This can be done with the typeReference element referring to a specific Device, or a DeviceDefinition that would be resolved as part of the apply.

    Description

We need to convert/transform an ActivityDefinition to an order (e.g., MedicationRequest). We don’t know how to represent a device to be used (e.g., for administration of a medication) in ActivityDefinition.

      Some options that we thought:

      1. Create a new element “administrationDevice” as a CodeableReference(DeviceDefinition) with cardinality 0..* in Dosage (https://build.fhir.org/dosage.html#Dosage). ActivityDefinition and MedicationRequest use the Dosage structure. So, this would reflect in both resources.
      2. Create a new element “perfomer” as a CodeableReference(DeviceDefinition) with cardinality 0..* in ActivityDefinition. MedicationRequest has the element performer.
