In the CDEX use case claim attachment request use case there will be multiple coded and/or query requests per Task.  Task profile's "query" and "code" input slices to max ='1' and invariant tdr-1 ("Must have exactly one input that is data-query or data-code") is too restrictive for this.

Propose Changes:

1. Task profile's "query" and "code" input slices to max ='*'
2. Remove invariant tdr-1
3. Document that it can be constrained in dependent profiles on a use case by use case basis
