We will update the definition of the 'Quantity' type to make clear that it's always a SimpleQuantity (i.e. comparator is not allowed) and will update QuestionnaireResponse to use SimpleQuantity in place of Quantity.  The extremely small number of systems that might actually want a comparator can handle it as a separate question.

    Description

If the form designer wants to make use of item.type=Quantity but does not want to allow the user to pick a comparator that isn't '=', there is currently no way to disable that part of the type. However, the type SimpleQuantity is a Quantity without a comparator, and if that were allowed for item.type, then that would solve the issue.
