The Immunization.vaccineCode binding leads directly to the https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1010.6/expansion rather than to the vaccine codes value set description page where the links to the CVX and NDC vaccine codes to be explained and provided.

This misguides potential implementers making them believe that the coding.system is to use the link above instead of http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/cvx or http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/ndc
