Description
More guidance needed on how to represent the “basic structure of a context or circumstance or situation” in which the care plan should be applied. Observed implementations use the “addresses” field (list of references to Condition Resources) in different ways, either
- Using the “display” field to describe the situation(s) in which the care plan applies without referencing an actual instance (IG examples)
- Referencing a Condition instance that uses code.text to describe a situation in which the care plan applies, and no other details.
In particular in the second case, guidance is needed on how clients should distinguish these hypothetical Conditions from other uses of the Condition Resource.
