Given the possibility that CDex be mandated as part of the suite of burden reduction guides, it is critical that the overlap between CDex and the Burden Reduction guides be explained. It need to be made more clear how PAS fits in the Attachments section, making this workflow more clear, possibly using example scenarios. Further, please explain how CDex could be used in lieu of CRD.
