Signatures should not be required for more than one per Task

1.  it is our understanding that each document (which may span several pages) must be signed,  In other words one cannot bundle several documents together under a single signature.  2. The proposal of one signature per task is not technically feasible using CDex's Enveloped Signatures on Bundles.  The signature needs to be associated with each referenced object pointed to in Task.output not the Task resource that is referencing it.  See example in the the IG  add best practice to 3.1.1  and 3.4.5 -" if multiple documents need to be signed, systems should minimize the number of interactions required by the user."
