Description
1. Section 3.4.1.1: "... sent from the provider syste/EMR using CDEX Attachments". Suggest to use "CDex" instead of "CDEX" to be consistent as the rest of the IG.
2. Section 3.4.1.2.1: "In all these case, ..." .... should be "In all these cases, ..."
3. Section 3.4.3. Figure 7: "step 1) EHR needs to send attachments Payer.". Should be "... send attachments to Payer".
