We should rewrite this section without websub. When webhook deprecation is accepted, remove this section.

It wouldn't hurt to take a fresh view on it as the specification has evolved significantly since it was written.

Websockets should be moved up and be updated to include unguessable websocket as mitigation of random subscribes.
