Description
This scenario is key for synchronization between apps on multiple terminals. It is advanced and should benefit from a scenarios section of its own.

In this scenario, the user authorizes the app to synchronize to her session by authenticating to the EHR's authorization serve*r. The app requests desired FHIRcast scopes* and the EHR provides a session topic as a SMART launch parameter which belongs to the EHR's authorizing user.

In this scenario, the user authorizes the app to synchronize to her session by authenticating to the EHR's authorization server and requesting the desired FHIRcast scopes. The authorization server/EHR maintains a list of established topics for this user and these as a SMART launch parameter.
