      Considering Question, instead of CR.

The purpose of user-hibernate is to temporarily suspend a session with the expectation that the session will resume. To clarify, similar to patient-open, a subscriber receiving a user-hibernate will not echo such. User-hibernate is different from unsubscribe because the session perisists.

    Description

What is the purpose of this event? Is it send when a machine hosting one or more application hibernates? Is one send for each application? Does this signal the hub to not send syncerrors for each application that send this event? If so, how does it differ from unsubscribe?
