    Description

I do not understand what the concept medRecCxDenialDisagree means or how it is used. The definition "Disagreement with a denial correction request by the Patient or RelatedPerson" is not similar to the other choice of a "correct request" given this seems to be a "feeling" based upon some action. This is particularly concerning given the binding for this value set is REQUIRED so only these two concepts are allowed. Is that really the only two situations for a communication? Perhaps fix this code system/value set and consider extensible binding since I doubt implementations are designing system "switches" based upon these two concepts.
