    Description

      As a baseline-those organizations that have high performance in the industry for their patient matching quality and who use the FHIR tool to enhance their performance should reprot back, or be solicited for their results by the Working Group to enhance the tool and be visible to industry users as examples of effective matching strategies-and their criteria should be considered for inlcusion in the search methods used in the IG-
