      While the disposition for this Question is “Considered - Question answered", we will also clarify the “Forensic Toxicology Laboratory Specimens & Results” section on the Best Practices page, and will update descriptive text for the DiagnosticReport - Toxicology Lab Result to MDI, Specimen - Toxicology Lab, and Observation - Toxicology Lab Result profiles.

      Is there a need to convey non-tested specimens from tox labs to MDI systems? If so, please provide guidance on how an implementer should handle Specimens that are sent to a tox lab and ultimately not tested.
