      Hey Brian!

      Yes. A message subscription format has been added to the specification in response to this and other jiras.  Similarly, conformance statements for topics and their versions do now exist through out the spec .

       

      We are not planning on requiring guaranteed delivery in the base FHIRcast spec, but it would be a reasonable thing to mandate in use-case specific guides.

      Comment: Will there be a implementation guide that shares the message subscribe format?
      Comment: Would like to see a conformance-like page to describe the "topics" and versions, etc.?
      Comment: Can we list what in scope e.g. does the hub support reliable delivery?
