      Medical legal issue around administrative transactions means there is a big difference is how

      • Change "issue" to "issues" and "is" to "in"

      For example, medicare

      • Capitalize "medicare"

      information is accurate and know it to be true

      • Change "know it" to "is known"

      Section 4.0.4

      authentication - how the person that claims he is, is really that person

      • Consider writing this a different way.  Perhaps something like "proves the person is who they claim to be"
