Motion to change the valueset for DeviceDefinition.link.relation to be Code Display Definition gateway Gateway The linked device definition is acting as a communication/data collector, translator or controller for the current device (e.g., mobile phone application that relays a blood pressure device definition's data)".  container Container The linked device is a container for the current device.     replaces replaces A reference to device definition which replaces the current device definition.  previous previous A reference to a prior model/version of the current device definition. connected Connected The linked device is connected to the current device.  This should be handled as a parent or link(gateway)    The reason for container to be removed is that the .parent realtionship is intended to manage that. The reason for connected to be removed is that it is currently either covered by Gateway or parent, while any other connections is currently not of interest, but can be addressed when needed as the value set on DeviceDefinition remains extensible.   Additionally, change the name of DeviceDefinition.link.relatedDevice to DeviceDefinition.link.relatedDeviceDefinition and the definition to read "A reference to the linked device definition".
