Is it possible for a DxReport-update event to make changes to the DxReport?

      Yes! It is. And the spec says this here:

      The updates include:

      *

      adding, updating, or removing FHIR resources contained in the DiagnosticReport

      • updating attribute values of the DiagnosticReport or associated context resources (Patient and/or ImagingStudy resources)

      Additionally, – See the discussion of anchor contexts including its definition in the Glossary.  An anchor context is the "holder" of resources; hence, its contents are being update.  Since the anchor context's content is being updated the "anchor context"-update is logical.

    Description

      In the content sharing and DxReport example, the only time the content of the DxReport resource is exchanged is in the DxReport-open event. 

      Is it possible to actually make changes to the DxReport with a DxReport-update event ? If not, it seems misleading to call it a DxReport-update. Why isn't is an ImagingStudy or Observation-update?
