    Description

Add ResearchStudy.associatedParty.period in order to allow specifying periods in which a role is assumed.

Multiple periods may apply for the same person with the same role in the same trial because the role may be paused and could resume after some time.

Example: subinvestigator is a physician in training, who is now on a different ward and after a four month rotation returns to the ward and can resume their role as subinvestigator.
