The HL7 Clinical Genomics (CG) Reporting FHIR IG contains two cancer-relevant elements which do not exist in mCODE:

• tumor mutation burden (TMB)
• microsatellite instability (MSI)

While the CG Reporting IG has them as separate profiles, they are probably closer to mCODE's definition of biomarkers. Therefore, rather than copying profiles over "as-is", the more appropriate and simple representation would be to add the LOINC codes for each to the mCODE TumorMarkerTest value set.
