    Description

See sentence: "In the event data is known to be available but does not yet exist in the EHR the clinician could attest the data in question exists in the EHR." Why would a clinician attest that data exists in the EHR if it doesn't? And what are the possible consequences of an inaccurate attestation (including potential future regulatory implications)?
