    Description

      Related to this bullet:

"Systems MAY withhold information about prior authorizations that are 'open' but are deemed to be not relevant to the provider who is checking for the prior authorization status if not searching by a specific Claim.identifier. In such situations the response SHOULD include an OperationOutcome warning that some prior authorizations have been suppressed and provide an alternative mechanism (e.g. telephone) to provide further information if needed."

Need to provide examples. Is this suppressing PAs for sensitive care (SUD, mental health) to other providers? Again, any provider with their NPI on the PA request has right to the status info --either the ordering or rendering provider. Examples would help clarify.
